Advisors favor stablecoins, tokenization over Bitcoin: Bitwise CIO

Financial advisors are increasingly focusing on stablecoins and tokenization rather than Bitcoin, according to Bitwise Chief Investment Officer Matt Hougan. After meeting with over 40 advisors, Hougan observed a significant shift in their interest, with stablecoins and tokenization emerging as key themes. Despite the ongoing bear market, advisors remain engaged with the crypto space and are poised to become a crucial demographic for driving future adoption. Hougan noted that while he personally finds Bitcoin's current price attractive for long-term investment, the prevailing sentiment among advisors leans towards these alternative digital assets.
