Android feature mimics Apple's Handoff

Google is introducing a new Android feature called "Continue On," which allows users to seamlessly transfer tasks between their Android phone and tablet. Initially, this functionality will only support moving tasks from a phone to a tablet. The feature aims to replicate Apple's Handoff, enabling users to start an activity on one device and pick it up exactly where they left off on another compatible device. This integration will display an icon in the tablet's dock for recently used phone apps, facilitating direct access to documents or emails.
