Apple's App Store is introducing personalized recommendations to help users discover new apps based on their interests and behavior. This new feature, announced at WWDC, aims to provide developers with better visibility beyond traditional top charts and editorial curation. Personalized Collections will showcase tailored app suggestions, with "App Notes" explaining the reasoning behind each recommendation. The system will evolve based on user activity, initially launching in English in the U.S. and expanding globally. This update also includes enhanced developer tools for app promotion, such as richer media in product pages and an Asset Library for marketing materials, alongside new subscription bundling options and multi-user in-app purchase experiences.
