Bending Spoons files for U.S. IPO

Italian app studio Bending Spoons, known for acquiring companies like Eventbrite and Vimeo, has filed for an initial public offering in the United States. The company reports over 500 million monthly active users and 9 million paying customers across its applications. Bending Spoons has a history of over 50 acquisitions, including notable brands like Evernote and WeTransfer. In its filing, the company disclosed $1.31 billion in revenue for the past year and $601 million in the first quarter, marking a significant 132% year-on-year increase. Subscription services constitute 84% of its revenue, and it achieved $27.4 million in profit in Q1 2026.
