ChinaAMC leads REITs ESG disclosure

China Asset Management (ChinaAMC) is setting a new standard for Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) disclosure in public Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs). Eleven public REITs managed by ChinaAMC have simultaneously released their 2025 ESG reports, demonstrating a commitment to transparency and sustainability. This initiative highlights the growing importance of ESG factors in investment decisions within the real estate sector in China.
