Conagra Names New CEO

Conagra Brands Inc. announced that its current chief executive, Sean Connolly, will step down at the end of next month. He will be succeeded by John Brase, an executive from JM Smucker Co., effective June 1. Brase brings extensive experience, having previously served as president and chief operating officer at JM Smucker and spending nearly three decades at Procter & Gamble. Connolly's departure marks the end of his tenure, with the leadership transition aimed at guiding the company's future strategic direction.
