Google Releases Lyria 3 Pro Music Model

Google has launched Lyria 3 Pro, an advanced music generation model, one month after its predecessor. This new version allows users to create tracks up to three minutes long, offering significantly more creative control and customization than the previous 30-second limit. The model understands musical structure, enabling users to specify elements like intros, verses, and choruses. Lyria 3 Pro is integrated into the Gemini app for paid subscribers, Google Vids, ProducerAI, and enterprise tools via Vertex AI. Google trained the model using permissible data from YouTube and Google partners, emphasizing it does not mimic specific artists but can draw inspiration from them when prompted.
