GoPro announces new pro-focused Mission 1 cameras

GoPro has unveiled its new Mission 1 line of video-centric action cameras, featuring 50-megapixel, 1-inch-type sensors and the new GP3 processor. The lineup includes three models: the base Mission 1, the Mission 1 Pro, and the flagship Mission 1 Pro ILS with interchangeable Micro Four Thirds lenses. The base model can record up to 8K video at 30fps and 4K at 120fps. Pricing details are still pending, with the first two models slated for release on May 28th and the ILS model expected in Q3 2026. These cameras target professional videographers and content creators.
