MacBook Air M5 now cheaper than predecessor

Apple's latest MacBook Air models, both 13-inch and 15-inch featuring the M5 chip, are now available at significantly reduced prices, making them cheaper than last year's versions. Retailers like Amazon and Best Buy are offering discounts of up to $150, bringing the 13-inch model down to $949.99 and the 15-inch model to $1,149. These new models offer enhanced performance with faster read/write speeds, double the storage of previous generations, and support for Wi-Fi 7. Despite performance improvements, battery life remains strong, up to 14 hours, and the 12-megapixel Center Stage camera is retained.
