Midas raises $50 million for tokenized asset investors
CoinDesk·
Midas has secured $50 million in a Series A funding round, led by RRE and Creandum, with participation from Framework Ventures, Franklin Templeton, and Coinbase Ventures. The company aims to address a critical liquidity challenge for investors in tokenized assets by introducing an instant redemption system. This new feature, Midas Staked Liquidity, will utilize pre-allocated capital to allow investors to exit positions immediately, bypassing the lengthy redemption waits often associated with current on-chain fund structures. This innovation is expected to accelerate institutional adoption of tokenized portfolios by improving capital accessibility and settlement speed.
