E-commerce platform Popsa has significantly improved its customer experience by integrating Amazon Bedrock and the Amazon Nova family of AI models. This integration powers a reimagined Title Suggestion feature, which now automatically generates creative, brand-aligned titles and subtitles in 12 languages. By leveraging metadata, computer vision, and retrieval-augmented generative AI, Popsa has seen enhanced quality, reduced costs, and faster response times. The adoption of Anthropic's Claude 3 Haiku alongside Amazon's Nova models has led to higher customer satisfaction and measurable increases in engagement and purchase rates, with over 5.5 million personalized titles generated.
