RAM Shortage May Persist Until 2030

A significant shortage of DRAM memory is projected to last for several more years, potentially extending until 2030. Major manufacturers like Samsung, SK Hynix, and Micron are increasing production capacity, but new facilities are not expected to come online until at least 2027 or 2028. Even with these expansions, demand is only anticipated to be met at 60 percent by the end of 2027.
