Eliza Jacobs, VP of safety product policy, stated that current practices are insufficient, highlighting the company's new facial age estimation technology. This video selfie process aims to accurately determine user ages, with claims of precision within 1.4 years. The system was tested and proved resistant to simple bypass attempts like a fake mustache.
