YouTube Premium, Music prices increase in US

YouTube is implementing price hikes for its Premium and Music subscription services in the United States, affecting both new and existing subscribers. The individual YouTube Premium plan will rise from $13.99 to $15.99 monthly, with the family plan increasing to $26.99. YouTube Premium Lite and YouTube Music individual plans also see increases. These adjustments, the first since 2023 for Premium, aim to support creators and maintain service features like ad-free viewing and extensive music libraries. This move aligns with recent price increases by other major streaming platforms.
