87% HR leaders plan layoffs

A new LHH research report reveals that 87% of HR leaders have either conducted or plan to conduct layoffs. Concurrently, only 19% of employees are aware of redeployment programs, despite 77% of HR leaders stating these programs exist. This highlights a significant visibility gap, hindering organizations from effectively retaining talent internally.
