iOS 27 to feature customizable Camera app widgets

Apple's upcoming iOS 27 update is poised to significantly enhance the Camera app's functionality by introducing extensive customization options for users. According to a report by Mark Gurman, the app will allow individuals to select and arrange their preferred controls, referred to as widgets, along the top of the interface. While the default widgets will remain, users will have the ability to switch to an advanced set of options or curate their own personalized array. This new feature aims to provide photographers with greater control and a more tailored shooting experience directly within the native Camera application.
